Responsible learning
Use security knowledge only on systems you own or have explicit permission to assess. Do not upload real credentials, personal data, malware, or information you are not authorized to share.
Course availability
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission or immediate access to teaching materials. Course pages show current lesson availability. Staff review applications and communicate program arrangements. Prices are shown on course pages when configured. Admission is reviewed before any required payment. Online checkout remains unavailable until the academy connects its payment provider and confirms course-specific terms. When enabled, payment-card details are handled by the hosted provider, not stored by this portal. Contact the academy to confirm start dates, delivery format, refund conditions, and any applicable taxes before paying; this portal does not imply a universal refund policy.
Completion credentials
SentX Academy completion certificates recognize completion of published course materials and required assessments. They are not third-party certifications or claims of external accreditation. Certificates have a verification page showing your name, course, issue date, and validity after your explicit consent.
Your information
The portal stores your name, email, password hash, applications, learning progress, submissions, assessment results, session information, private student–staff messages, announcement read status, live-session RSVPs, and payment order references. The portal does not store payment-card details. Academy staff use this information to manage your learning and access. Private course resources, submissions, course meeting links, and conversations require appropriate account and enrollment access. Messages are visible only to the student and authorized academy staff; please do not send credentials or secrets. RSVP indicates intent to join, not verified attendance. Optional public feedback is displayed only after moderation.
